If you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the name, email address, and message you choose to submit. If you create an account, we also collect the account details needed to sign you in and keep your account secure. When you use CrankScope, we may collect basic usage and technical information such as pages visited, device or browser details, and approximate timing so we can understand what is working and keep the service reliable.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate the waitlist, provide account access, respond to messages, improve auction matching and product quality, prevent abuse, and communicate about CrankScope when you have asked us to. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and proxies
CrankScope uses trusted infrastructure and service providers to host the app, store account and contact data, deliver email, analyze basic product usage, and provide platform services such as AI or file processing when those features are used. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect the service, our users, or other people.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, to keep records accurate, or to meet legal and security obligations. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email, ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to close your account. Send those requests to crankscope-5@polsia.app. We may need to retain a limited record when the law or a legitimate security need requires it.
Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. If this notice changes materially, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use after an update means the revised notice applies going forward.
